White House Memory

I know some of you have been waiting for pictures of where I fainted in the White House. Well, here you go. There is the door that I fainted into. Here is a closer view of the door.

Here you can see the door opened and where I was standing outside of it. Yeah, that flower arrangement was where I was standing before I fell. It wasn't those flowers, but you get the idea.

Rochester Lights

Dad and I were in Rochester the other night and had a chance to see their downtown lights.

Tinkerbell

The girls received a Tinkerbell movie for Christmas. So Aunt The-The put it on her laptop so they could enjoy watching it on her bed. Claire was the only one who watched the movie the whole way through and then asked if she could watch it again. She loves Tinkerbell.

December Bulletin Board

It is my turn for the main bulletin board at school. I picked December. Usually I make my bulletin boards funny, but this time, I decided to do something a little different. My students really like it and had fun watching me make the stained glass window. I had one student of mine say, "Oh, Miss Reed, you are such a good artist". Haha...good one.

Cookies and Christmas Trees

The Senior Youth got together today to make some Christmas trees and cookies for the shut-ins from our church. The best time came when we dropped off the gifts and saw everyone's smiles.

My Lost Frisbee

When dad visited me a year and a half ago, I had him take me to the Air and Space Museum, so that I could get a cool orange frisbee. This thing just slices the air and is so fast. Yeah, so the first time I've ever used it, I took it to school so the kids and I could throw it back and forth. Well, Josh Klug got ahold of it and threw it really high up in the air so the wind could catch it, since it was a little windy outside. However, he didn't think before he did it. So, his funny throw turned out to be not as funny for him. Now it's in a tree in someone's yard, right next to our property. Josh has already lost two gym balls trying to knock it out of the tree. No success for him, and two balls over the neighbor's fence. He owes me now! Can you find it?
