My New Couch Has ARRIVED!!!

I had to take a few pictures of Grandma and Grandpa's couch for the last time. It served us all well and I can't thank Grandma and Grandpa enough for giving it to me 5 years ago. But, it's time for a new couch. There it goes...
I LOVE IT! Thanks Mom and Dad for helping me get it.

I Bought a New Couch!

Mom and I stopped by this little shop thinking there was no way we would find a new couch for me within it. Actually, we did. Here's what it looks like. I'm so excited!
The blue fabric will be my sofa color and the design fabric is for my accent pillows. The brown behind it is the color of my suede chair next to my couch. How do you like the colors together? I think I did pretty darn good. My lower back is happy I'm getting a new couch too.

Lutheran Schools Week

The week started off with some bowling. We had a fun time.
Tuesday was Marti Gras. All the students received masks and beads.
Thursday was Twin Day.
Friday was Super Teams. It's a time when all the students are broken into 12 teams, and the teams compete against one another. I was in charge of the puzzle game, where each team had to put together three different difficulty level puzzles in order to receive points. It was a fun game to watch.
At the end, all the teams gather again to see which place they got in the whole scheme of things.
Our scoreboard
Each team receives a bag of candy, which they have to share. The closer you get to first place, the more candy each person in your team receives.
It was alot of fun and a great way to end this week.
