To make an Asian dinner at home, this is what you will need. Bean sprouts first.
Pea leaves
Rice ready to go in the rice cooker.
A new cook and some gross shrimp she will have to dehead and skin.
Ginger, garlic, green onion, and lime
Soy Sauce, Chinese cooking wine, and vegetable oil
Salmon
And the expert cook
First, you have to cook the salmon in some oil and wine with a little ginger for taste.
Make sure to get the rice cooker going.
The salmon will have to be turned half way through cooking.
When it is golden, it's ready to eat....it's so good. I'm not kidding. I love this stuff.
The shrimp you cook up pretty much the same way, minus a few steps.
Then you toss the shrimp with the pea leaves.
Cook up the bean sprouts with green onion.
And you have a meal.
Put a little bit of everything into your rice dish.
And eat.

Sounds great! And looks good too. How your life has been enriched!
First picture: Do you pretreat your bean sprouts with Palmolive dish soap first? M-m-m-m.
Mom
Mom, I was thinking the same thing.
E - You'll have to teach me how to make salmon. I know my family likes it, but I'm afraid. :/
No problem. It's really simple actually. The hardest part is finding salmon that's super fresh. Like...they just killed it in front of me basically. That's the kind we get.
