Happy Halloween

See Emma, even Aunt The-the made her own pumpkin.

Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week (saying no to drugs) was all my responsibility, so one days I had every student color a leaf and you can see what I did with it later by the school front door.
On Thursday we had team day, so I decided to have the kids get with a partner and trust them to help them through a maze. The kids loved it.

Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest in our area (Luthearan Churches) was held at Our Savior this year.
The guys busy at work.
It was German type food, but the hot German potato salad wasn't as good as Mom's....not even close.
We even got to have some beer...root beer.
After dinner a polka dancing instructor was brought in to teach anyone how to dance. It was fun to watch everyone.

Richmond

The Faculty headed over to the Strawberry Cafe in Richmond on Wednesday to kick back and have some fun after our morning of Conference sessions. We had a great time and I suggest the Rueben to anyone.

One of the beautiful homes outside the cafe. I loved it.

Washington D.C.

Pictures with my new camera....it's GREAT! Supreme Court Library of Congress
President Reagan's Funeral cap horse....or in other words the horse that carries the boot that is turned backwards...say hello to Sergeant York. Not one of his greatest moments.
